A higher candidate experience and a faster recruitment process
AZ Sint-Jan guarantees its personal approach and professional development, also among its applicants. The candidate journey and the recruitment process therefore had to be made more efficient and better. They also wanted to get rid of the many Excel files and separate lists.

More than 300 doctors and 3,000 other employees work at AZ Sint-Jan. But how can they continue to find enough employees every year and ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly? They wanted to get rid of the many Excel files and separate lists.
As a first step, we mapped out the business processes. With this drawn-out workflow, we were able to develop a proposal that defines the structure of a recruitment tool (Carerix). We looked at which document and mail templates and reports had to be set up.
Carerix was set up in a second phase. We created the reports, document and email templates. Consultation times were regularly scheduled to discuss the progress of the project with AZ Sint-Jan.
In the third phase, the Carerix of AZ Sint-Jan went live. We organized customized training for all users and administrators so that everyone uses the new recruitment tool optimally. Further support was provided during the first weeks.
